The course was funded through a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and supported by the Massachusetts State Leadership Team. Each week I have planned for students to "check in" with the instructors. This private communication between individual students and instructors not only will help build personal relationships much, but it will also serve as a method of eliciting continuous improvement input.
